Valdo 'Oro Puro' Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore NV Review
A surprising example that Prosecco can have more to it than simple, clean fruit. In fact, the minerality is more present on the nose than the fruit, rocky and clay-like, with subtle lemon and red apple in the background. The palate is fresh, zippy, and citrusy, with plenty of acidity. An excellent lower-cost option to most traditional method sparklers, and worth the extra few dollars over the other Prosecco options. Enjoy on its own - it’s too good for that mimosa!
