Pratsch Grüner Veltliner 2016 Review
This bottle is a full liter of zing. While the nose is subtle -- just a hint of lime and rock salt, like an unsweetened Margarita -- the palate is prickly with acidity. Lime juice washes over the tongue, leaving the mouth clean and refreshed.
