Blended from a number of Willamette Valley vineyards, this Pinot Noir is both plump and muscular, its ripe black cherry fruit underscored by savory notes of canned tomato, iron, and prosciutto. Ripe, sweet fruit grows on the finish, with vanilla bean, tobacco and rich cassis.
