Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2015 Review
Textbook Albariño from the Salnes Valley and O Rosal makes for a dry white wine with bite. Fragrant on the nose, smelling of fresh flower bouquets, lime zest, and river rocks, the wine has a marked bitterness on the palate that will be just the right amount of crunch for some yet too much for others. It’s reminiscent of springtime, all underripe citrus, blooming flowers, and pea shoots, with refreshing acidity.
