Maris Rosé Pays d'Oc 2017 Review
This is a fresh and lively rosé from one of the Occitanie region's pioneers of organic and biodynamic grape growing. It's a bright salmon-pink color, and has aromas of strawberries and a hint of lemon zest. The texture is fresh, lively, and clean. While not quite as complex as rosé from Provence, it's an outstanding bargain at $13, and will outclass many other rosés in this price range.
