Inama Vin Soave 2017 Review

This is an elegantly intense Italian white wine from the hills outside of the city of Verona. In the 1970’s, low-quality Soave flooded the American export market, tainting the good name of an area that was regarded as one of Italy’s best white wine regions. Thankfully, high-quality, value-priced Soave wines like Inama Vin Soave are becoming easier to find. The color is a pale gold, and aromas include ripe Bartlett pears and alpine flowers. The wine has a fair bit of weight, a smooth texture, and flavors that include stone fruit and almonds. This is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys complex, old-world white wines and is looking for an everyday value.
