Review: Hillersden Sauvignon Blanc 2016

A subdued Sauvignon Blanc that reads like a richer Grüner Veltliner.

The Full Review

This subdued Sauvignon Blanc has Old World influence, despite its home on Savvy-B’s most famous island. Subtle, freshly-sliced apple and bitter greens waft on the nose, while soft grapefruit and fresh lime tingle on the palate. There’s richness and texture here, balanced by clean acidity.
