Domaine Weinbach Clos des Capucins 'Cuvée Théo' Riesling 2013 Review

While aromatic and honeyed on the nose, the orange rock candy mingling with smoke, the palate is much more restrained and spicy. Tart peach juice, lemon citrus and tangy tangerine sear down the center of the palate, directly transitioning into a salty, earthy finish. It’s layered and complex, but a little tight right now.
