Domaine Gabaron Faugères 2014 Review
Though it hails from the Languedoc-Roussillon region south of the Rhône Valley, this GSM blend is Cháteauneuf-du-Pape-like, with fresh red cherry and strawberry fruit, black raisins, and wild mint. The palate is like pink peppercorns and rock salt, tart before broadening into jammy red fruit.
