Damilano 'Lecinquevigne' Barolo 2013 Review
Nebbiolo grapes from three different vineyards see a fairly short maceration to create this orange-tinged Barolo. While there is a firm core of red and black cherry fruit, it is much more defined by sanguine, non-fruit edge. Rusted iron and savory, herbal spice sing through, like a well-seasoned red sauce, with punchy tannins.
