Château Gaby Bordeaux 2012 Review
This Bordeaux is immediately enticing, given its succulence on the nose. Layers of black cherry, sweet tobacco, and vanilla bean appear comforting and expensive, with hints of iron and salt. Those notes carry through to the palate, where tannic grip adds bitter, clay-like notes that will unfold over time.
