Brooks Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2016 Review
This is a complex but approachable Pinot Noir that really overdelivers. It's a medium-dark ruby color with fresh aromas that include bing cherries, apple pie spices, and a hint of wild mushrooms. The flavors are a nice balance of fruit and savory qualities, with a medium texture and long finish. It's comparable to other Willamette Pinots in the $35+ price point, but considerably lower in price. Any fan of classic Pinot will be happy to open this bottle.
