Reeve Mirama Pinot Noir 2023 Review
Banshee’s owners, Kelly and Noah Dorrance, had a dream to make wine from the most sought-after vineyards in Sonoma. Their lineup is a panoply of relationships with vineyards and their wonders, even the owners' dogs. Their goal, to express the best. This is a wine that celebrates the cool coastal climate of the Sonoma Coast and its Pacific influence. This comes through in the wine with depth being tamed by wonderful acidity. The nose is cinnamon under a layer of cherries with a hint of earth. It has bright, beautiful, and bountiful fruit on the palate, balanced by incredible natural acidity. The finish has a slight hint of welcome rhubarb.
