Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Tawny Port Cask Edition Review
This whiskey marks the third release in the Redbreast's Iberian series. This non-age-stated Irish whiskey was finished for up to 25 months in Tawny port casks, making for an inviting, luxurious nose characterized by dried red fruits, caramel, and pralines. At 46 percent ABV, the mouthfeel is silky and delightfully unctuous, with drying tannins bringing nuance to its long finish.
