Ram's Gate Winery Bush Crispo Vineyard Pinot Noir 2019 Review
Ram's Gate winemaker Joe Nielsen is a big proponent of sustainability and precision farming. That precision can be felt here in this single vineyard Pinot Noir. It has a modern style with judicial oak exposure, showing a slight vanilla note along with a classic dark cherry aroma. The palate is bright with acidity and deep with fruit. The alcohol is a bit high but it works in the wine's favor adding to the plush mouthfeel.
