Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG 2016 Review
This wine smells like cranberries and cherries, tinged with vanilla. It’s more of a modern-style Chianti Classico. It has a nice grip on the palate and a good depth. There is a slight bitter note on the finish, which would probably disappear with a lean skirt steak finished with sweet, aged balsamic vinegar.
