Piper Sonoma Brut NV Review
For a cheap bubbly to grab in a pinch, it’s pretty good. The fruit is a bit tart where it should be. Creamy, but has a nice apple-y nose. This bottle, with a weeknight bucket of fried chicken, would be a fun pairing.
