Pinhook Bourbon Heist Review
Made at the Castle & Key distillery, in Kentucky, this bourbon is produced using locally-grown grains and is bottled at 3 years old without filtration. Considering its relatively young age, this bourbon displays bold, concentrated character, while the 49 percent alcohol weaves seamlessly into the palate. Toasted coconut and sweet caramel represent two of the standout tasting notes on its velvety paalte. What a bargain!
