Pinhook 2026 Straight Rye Review
This year’s vintage from the growing brand is, yet again, distilled at Castle & Key Distillery based on the brand’s custom mash bill. It’s a bold yet drinkable rye, with mint and dill notes backed by caramel, brown sugar, and a lingering oaky finish. Great in cocktails like a Sazerac or Vieux Carré.
