Peyrassol 'Commanderie de Peyrassol' Cotes de Provence 2018 Review
This is the kind of Provence rosé that shows why this region is legit with the pink. It is a rich rosé with great, vibrant acidity swimming though a chewy fruit core that grips the palate. You can eat with this wine, and it will jive with something fancy like a tuna tartar, or even just a grilled chicken breast sandwich. But you can also just cold max relax with good friends and a sunset with some dope cheeses.
