Pax Lyman Ranch Chenin Blanc 2022 Review
This single-vineyard Chenin Blanc from California's Amador County AVA is an absolutely stunning example of how this grape can make deep yet refreshing wines. The balance here is amazing. It has a rich nose showing honey drizzled onto ginger and sliced pears. The palate is a joy with great depth and texture, featuring baked apples and minerals. There's a bracing acidity that lifts up the fruit. The finish sits with you, making you want to go in for that next sip.
