Paul Jaboulet Aîné Saint Pierre Cornas 2021 Review
Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné started making wine in the small appellation of Hermitage two centuries ago. The winery has since expanded outward, producing wines from Cornas, a region further south on the opposite side of the Rhône river. This wine shows a softer side of Syrah, with a nose of subtle herbs and juicy berries. The palate is plush with soft tannins.
