For ten years, he shook up the region with his style. Drinking this wine, you can be assured this is what Chablis should taste like. Crisp notes of apples and pears arrive to your senses first, with a lingering perception of minerality. The palate is tight, focused, and drying around the edges, giving the wine a nice grip.
