The Hickinbotham family has been part of the evolution of South Australian wine for over 80 years. Paringa is a label from this historic winemaking family, and its Shiraz is wonderfully approachable and affordable. It has aromas of crunchy wild berries with hints of earthy pepper on the nose. The palate is soft and balanced, with fleshy fruit and great acidity.
