While this Pinot Gris pét-nat from the San Luis Obispo Coast is technically a skin-contact wine, it drinks like a sparkling a rosé. It's fragrant on the nose with notes of white flowers, apricots, and some brioche. The palate brings flavors of fuzzy peaches, grapefruit pith, and white cherries, lifted by a refreshing acidity.
