One Woman Grüner Veltliner 2020 Review
Claudia Purita is single-handedly showing that Long Island is ready for its new star grape. She is making amazing wine from Grüner Veltliner, and this current vintage shows its freshness even with a few years on it. The palate has notes of lemon and pepper with blousy fruit. Active acidity dances around the palate. It’s so damn refreshing. Here’s hoping LI follows her lead, because this grape thrives here.
