Oberon Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review
This wine opens with heady aromas of pineapple and pear. There is some focused meyer lemon playing second fiddle, followed by mineral-driven wet flint rock. The palate is on the heavier side, but the lively acidity keeps the wine refreshing. Pair this with a summer salad consisting of goat cheese, walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and have a day.
