Perry’s Tot Navy Strength Gin Review

This 57 percent ABV gin benefits from a good chilling to tame its wild character. The nose has a faintly saline character, with juniper and black pepper notes dominating. The palate is hot, but this is a navy strength gin, and not all the heat comes from the alcohol. There's also juniper spice, rosemary, black pepper, and coriander seeds. Use it to add a kick to your Negroni, stick it in your G&T, or serve ice cold in an overproof Martini — if you dare.
