Naveran Brut Rosé Cava NV Review
Tart strawberries flecked with cracked black pepper open the nose of this Cava. There is a mineral-driven quality, with a distinct flavor of wet stone on the palate. The bubbles are fine, with a dry mouthfeel, and a slight bitter finish. It would be good for brunching or parties.
