Mount Peak Winery Rattlesnake Zinfandel 2014 Review
This wine is huge. It has heft and power. Grill up some slathered ribs, pair them with this, and you’ll be one happy camper. The cool part is that with all that heft and power also comes balance. It has just the right amount of acidity to give the wine a slight lift on the palate, softening the oak, and allowing you to enjoy said pairing. This is the way a big Zinfandel should be.
