This Cab is gorgeous even though the alcohol is a bit high. Along with the characteristic aromas of plum, cherry fruit, a kiss of vanilla and earth Rolando coaxes out a sprig of mint and a hint of eucalyptus to contrast the cracked black pepper. This is a truly expressive wine and I can’t wait to taste more.
