M&H Elements Single Malt Whisky Sherry
Review
Sherry casks have long found a welcoming home among single malt producers, and in the case of this Israeli release, the impact of those vessels is immediately apparent without overpowering. Notes of luscious sherry-soaked fruit pepper the nose and palate, yet the character of the base distillate and the subtle signs of evolution are also easily identified. Dried fruit, earth, and caramel stand out the finish, which never seems to end.
