McIntyre Family Wines Block K1 Chardonnay 2018 Review

McIntyre Family Wines is a story of experience. Proprietor Steve McIntyre and his wife Kim are among the most knowledgeable viticulturists in California, farming over 16,000 acres of vineyards across California's Monterey County. This bottling comes from a special block in their estate vineyard and was harvested at two different dates to bring complexity to the resulting wine. The nose has notes of ripe pears and fresh herbs. The palate is very unique with savory elements and a soft grip on the finish.
