Livio Felluga 'Abbazia di Rosazzo' Rosazzo DOCG 2013 Review

This wine is amazing. It is rich and round and impeccably balanced. Livio Felluga is doing great things in this little DOCG in Friuli. Age has benefited this wine and it is ready for you with a list of aromas that is long and enticing including: acacia honey, melon, apples, grapefruit, and lemon. It goes on from there on the palate with almond and lemon curd flavors with a slight hint of jasmine, peach, and, wait for it, espresso beans. Not sure how they pulled this off, but it works. See for yourself, it’s ready to be enjoyed.
