Leone de Castris Five Roses Rosato Salento IGT 2019 Review
This is a nice, deep, and refreshing rosato (Italian for rosé) from the south of Italy. It has good acidity which keeps it just light enough to counter the juicy depth. There is even a slight hint of tannin around the edges. This is a good wine for summer meat dishes like roasted chicken, or a lean grilled skirt steak.
