Austria's Kapmtal region in is dedicated to two varieties, Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. This winery only focuses on Grüner — showcasing different climatic, geographical, and winemaking styles. This bottle is a blend of several distinct vineyard sites and welcomes you with bright pear and white pepper notes. It's grippy on the palate with some great acidity and depth from some time aging on the lees.
