While France has its crisp Provence rosé, Italy has ripe and rich Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo. This dark style is for those who lean toward fuller expressions of rosé or even lighter-bodied red wines. This bottle takes a minute to open up, but when it does it exudes juicy cherry and rhubarb notes.
