La Kiuva Rosé de Vallée NV Review
It’s so rare to see a rosé made from the Nebbiolo, famous for making the wines of Barolo and Barbaresco, on our market. But here we are with a savory and balanced example. It has a dark, fire engine red hue and a nose of earth and brambly berries just off the vine. The palate has a wonderful texture with a solid depth on the fruit and a good medium acidity, giving the wine a little bit of weight. This is a great wine for a cheese plate or a bowl of pasta sans red sauce.
