Knudsen Vineyards Chardonnay 2017 Review
A nice and light Chardonnay, with just the right amount of depth. The nose is mineral heavy with some white chalk, apples, and pears. On the palate the acidity is so high the depth of the wine doesn’t settle in right away, promoting an aroma like french butter (the fancy stuff made in bistros). But it’s the saline quality that makes this wine so good and unique, and it will please a posse of wine lovers that appreciate thought provoking wines.
