Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Rye Review
Owned and produced by Beam Suntory, this Kentucky whiskey is believed to contain little over the 51 percent rye in its mash bill that allows it to be classified as such. There's pleasant spice to the nose and floral accents. The palate is fruity and herbaceous, with a rich streak of vanilla and honey.
