Jefferson Vineyards Viognier 2019 Review
This is a Virginia success! This is spot-on for this grape. It smells like pears, with a subtle whiff of sweet orange blossom. The acidity is just right, allowing the wine to have some depth while still being balanced. This. with a sheet pan fish dish strewn with branches of thyme and juicy tomatoes, would be so drooly.
