Jax Vineyards 'Y3' Chardonnay 2017 Review
Wow. this wine is intense. The aromas will punch you in the face with bananas, butter, and a back slap of oaky vanilla. You may need a minute before you sip. The palate is very different, with bracing acidity that attempts to temper the lunacy on the nose. It’s not a bad wine, but nostrils beware.
