Winemaker Dan Petroski produces white wines in the heart of Cab country: Napa Valley. He makes Mediterranean-inspired bottles that offer crisp acidity and stunning texture, like this Chardonnay. It has an herby, mineral nose with ginger, pear, and citrus notes. Also a slight umami vibe. The palate has grip and balance with excellent texture and depth.
