Jacuzzi Family Vineyards Clarum 2020 Review
This orange wine is made by fermenting Viognier on its skins in amphorae, bringing an interesting profile to this already aromatic variety. The wine has deep honey notes with some chamomile and pear aromas. There's a nice balance on the palate with a soft grip and a good acid-to-fruit ratio.
