Jacky Blot Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Montlouis 'Clos Mosny' 2018 Review
This wine is deep and focused, yet balanced and salty. The acidity is a bit low, which gives it a nice depth and grip on the palate. It smells a little like butterscotch and baklava, with a whiff of wet rock. This is a a great wine for that roast chicken recipe you've been eyeing, or even for the Thanksgiving turkey.
