Hundred Suns Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir 2021 Review

Grant Coulter and Renée Saint-Amour have been together for over 16 years. When they started their journey together, the one thing they agreed on immediately was to build a life together and make it feel like an adventure. The two worked hard to make this a reality, and eventually started to build the Hundred Suns winery in 2015. Today, they own a four-and-a-half acre property planted to 50-year old vines that they call their backyard, and continue to build as a family-owned business. What they've accomplished so far is absolute deliciousness. This wine is the definition of Oregon Pinot, with a nose of earth and ripe cherries in just the right amounts. Just smelling this wine will make you giddy. The palate has great acidity but enough fruit to match. The balance here is excellent.
