Humboldt Distillery Organic Vodka Review
This California vodka is made from a sugarcane base. Quadruple distilled in small batches, its character is subtle and easygoing. The nose shows subtle hints of lemon peel and a faint seasoning of wet rocks. The palate is clean and crisp with a complete lack of alcoholic burn — even when sipped at room temperature.
