Hirsch Vineyards 'The Bohan Dillon' Pinot Noir 2018 Review
Just a wonderful wine. This Pinot has such a nice balance of fruit and acidity. It smells like bright, fresh cherries, and freshly turned soil with a whiff of herbs. The palate is juicy, with a slight tartness that is calm and adds to the complexity. An awesome American wine.
