Hirsch Vineyards Bohan Dillon Pinot Noir 2023 Review
Hirsch shows that the ability of this variety to reach new heights is possible. Especially with a skilled hand and the ever-present influence of the Pacific Ocean. This wine has rich, extracted cherry notes along with a hint of pepper and aged balsamic. The palate is grippy with juicy, quenching fruit and a lean acidity.
