Hinterhaus Distilling North Grove Vodka Review
The distillers at California's Hinterhaus crafted this vodka from 100 percent local wine. On that front, it serves the usual fruity, candied notes found in unaged grape-based distillates, but that's only half the story here. The palate unfolds with resounding minerality and green botanical notes that give this spirit a distinct profile and noteworthy balance.
